Cavity pressure sensor 

The cavity pressure sensor is used to measure the internal mould pressure. The melt has direct contact with the sensor. The sensor is also characterised by its enormous pressure resistance of up to 2000 bar. The cavity pressure sensor is used to record the time-pressure curve during the mould filling phase and the solidification until the parts are removed from the mould.
