MASS – multi-air pipe sensor system

MASS is a sensor system that can be used for analysing vacuum applications. The sensor is not suitable for continuous use! The MASS system enables the four measured variables air volume, residual moisture, vacuum and residual gas to be measured simultaneously on the ELECTRONICS measuring system. Four analogue channels of the measuring system are used for this. The system can have a modular structure as required.
