Metal front contact sensors 

Information from the front improves the quality of die-cast parts. 
Much has been written about mould filling processes in books and specialist journals. But no one has yet succeeded in precisely recording and describing this process.
The sensors developed by ELECTRONICS represent a further step forwards and bring more transparency to what happens during the mould filling process.
The new metal front contact sensors and metal front temperature sensors from ELECTRONICS are highly efficient sensors with a long service life that help die casters improve casting quality.

Metal front contact sensors can be used to record the following parameters, for example: 

• Flow time measurement in the mould 
• Start of the 2nd phase 
• Start of the 3rd phase 
• Start of squeezing
• Stop vacuum 
• Response time with evaluation electronics 80 µs (real time)
